We're inside The Mill on 3rd -- a building full of small businesses that actually work together. Fitness, beauty, wellness, and us. Grab a smoothie after your workout. Sip a latte while you get your hair done. Pick up a pup cup for your dog on the way out. The whole building runs on the same energy.

Erica L Klatt-Mietelski built Third Space from the ground up. She created the vision, the menu, the culture. In April 2026, the keys passed to David Madara -- a longtime customer who believed so deeply in this space that he became its steward. Same vibe. Fresh energy. Building forward.
